American Fire, A CHA Company, is proud to join with our CHA southeast team to recognize an exceptional colleague. CHA’s Pervez Iqbal, PE, has been named an ENR Southeast 2020 Top Young Professional. Each year ENR’s regional publications recognize the industry’s Top Young Professionals for their leadership, career progress, community involvement, and creating landmark projects. Pervez will be featured in the January 2020 issue of ENR Southeast along with this year’s class.
Based in CHA’s Atlanta office, Pervez’s leadership and excellence in transportation engineering, as well as his commitment to his community, have made him invaluable to the profession and CHA’s Highways Group. As Highways Group Technical Leader, Pervez has helped lead numerous technical trainings and workshops to support his team’s professional development. He also has been a leader within the engineering community through his active engagement with the American Society of Highway Engineers (ASHE), the Future City Competition, and the National Society of Professional Engineers (NSPE) Engineers’ Week.
From an early age, Pervez has been committed to civic and humanitarian societies. He has an outstanding record of volunteerism, having worked with humanitarian organizations around Atlanta, including Open Hand, Hosea Feed the Hungry, and Furkids.
Pervez truly embodies our mission statement of “responsibly improving the world we live in” through his professional and personal engagement in his community. His success represents the top talent at American Fire and CHA. Congratulations to Pervez and the 2020 class of Top Young Professionals in the Southeast!
